My research focuses on Microbial diagnosis of bacterial catfish pathogens: detection and molecular epidemiology Identification and characterization of genes associated with virulence in catfish pathogens. Analysis of microbial communities in aquaculture setting.
A second area of research is related to food safety in oysters.
